All products sold on the Maison Lener website can be returned. We offer return transport costs in metropolitan France and Monaco. Return costs outside mainland France and Monaco are the responsibility of the customer.

The period during which you can notify us of your return is 14 days from the date of receipt of the items. As soon as we have validated your return request, you still have 14 days to send it back to us.

Please note: returned items must never have been worn outside, be in new condition and returned in their original packaging, all in a package in good condition and properly closed. If the items are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, they cannot be refunded.

If your order includes shipping costs, the refund only concerns Maison Lener items, with the exception of shipping costs. Return costs are offered.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN ?

You must make your request on the Maison Lener website and must comply with the following procedure:

Step 1: Customer account

Log in to your Maison Lener account with your e-mail address and password and go to the "Request a return" section to complete the return request form.

You also have the option of making your return request without creating an account by completing the following form:

Step 2: Transport label

Once your request has been validated, you will receive an e-mail with a link allowing you to print the COLISSIMO prepaid transport label. This email is sent by La Poste and may take a few hours to arrive. Do not hesitate to check the SPAM folder of your mailbox. The COLISSIMO label must be stuck on the packaging.

Step 3: Drop off the package at La Poste

Drop off your parcel at the post office of your choice and keep the proof of deposit of the parcel.

WHEN WILL I BE REFUND ?

After receipt and verification of the package on our premises, you will receive a notification by e-mail shortly after the validation of the refund by our services. Please expect a refund within 15 days of processing your return.
