Upon receipt of your order, the logistics department prepares your package.

During the week, from Monday to Friday, all orders placed before 12 noon are processed the same day. Weekend orders are processed on Monday morning for same day departure.

In mainland France and Europe, delivery costs are free from 120€ of purchase including tax.

The average time noted is:
- 3 to 4 working days in France and Monaco*
- 5 to 10 working days to other countries.

You choose :
- Either home delivery. In case of absence, a transit advice note is left in your mailbox indicating the availability of the package at the post office. The parcel is available for 15 days, after this period, it will be returned to the sender.
- Either delivery to a post office, to one of the 3,000 La Poste partner merchants or to one of the 31 Cityssimo (open 24 hours a day)
