Shipping of your package

During opening days, all orders made before 12pm are prepared on the same day, past 12pm, they are sent the next day. Week end's orders are prepared on monday morning to be shipped during the day.

From France

Delivery in the territory is free for all orders over 120€.

You have the choice of the means of delivery:

- Colissimo: delivery in 48h to 72h

- In the Chemins Blancs stores

- By DPD in pickup pickup delivery: delivery in 24 to 48 hours to more than 5000 relayss

- By DPD in home delivery by appointment among the time slot that suits you best, proposed by DPD

From Europe

Delivery in Europe is free for all orders over 120€.

You have the choice of the mode of delivery

- Colissimo: delivery in 48h to 72

- By DPD delivery pickup: delivery in 24 to 48 hours to more than 5000 relays (only in Belgium)
